Purpose of Role
You will be part of the Client Services team and will work closely with the Account Managers in providing first rate customer service to retained clients.
You will assist with client relationships for the mutual benefit of Remarkable Group. Ensuring team objectives are met and revenue is maintained.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Assisting our Account Managers in the on-going support and development of their client relationships.
Providing administrative support to Account Managers including status reporting and account updates to the client services team.
Monitoring campaigns and strategies and reporting on performance to the Account Management team, ensuring they run smoothly and on target.
Assist in arranging meetings and liaising with clients.
Working with the Account Managers assisting in converting client briefs into profitable projects for Remarkable Group. Then ensuring all client briefs are understood and handed over to your Pod Project Manager accurately and in a timely fashion. Upon completion, being part of the QA and handover team for a project to a client.
Offering creative and innovative ideas to the account managers to develop exciting campaigns and encourage clients to understand the importance of creativity throughout projects.
Assist the client services team in client presentations of work and tenders for work as required.
Monitor and record hours spent on each client project.

- You will have proactive problem solving skills – able to find solutions and not to just present problems, and be able to communicate these solutions positively both internally and externally.
- Good attention to detail as you will be required to assist and produce accurate invoices for clients.
- You will understand the value of extremely high standards of customer service and able to build solid and enduring relationships.
- To be highly analytical – able to understand and feedback after analysing large amounts of data.
- You will be tactful and diplomatic, able to listen and interpret client’s ideas into commercial viable briefs and project plans.
Specific Job Skills / Knowledge
- Good written and verbal communications skills with excellent numeracy skills.
- A good understanding and a passion for digital marketing and technologies.
- Digital marketing strategy knowledge would be advantageous as would any knowledge of SEO techniques and tools and the successful application in the design and build of mobile and responsive web sites.
Technical Skills
Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
It would be advantageous if you had any knowledge of:
Email Marketing
Social Media strategy
Social Media management
Paid Social Advertising
Remarketing
Display Advertising (Digital)
Content Marketing
Analytics tools
Qualifications / Training
Formal marketing qualification such as CIM or IDM or a related business qualification would be advantageous but not a necessity as passion to learn, excellent customer service skill and a good understanding of web technologies is just as important..
Previous Experience
As an Account Executive, it would be advantageous to have a good understanding of digital and the Internet, how people use them and how businesses adopt and embrace them in their marketing practices.
