Purpose of Role
To support the delivery of high-quality digital products by executing structured testing activities across web projects. You will contribute to test planning, execute test cases, and work closely with developers and project managers to identify and resolve issues.
Defining innovative processes and implementing new strategies supporting the continual improvement of our QA process
This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their QA skills, gain exposure to different types of testing, and grow into owning testing for projects over time.
Key Accountabilities
To take responsibility for the testing of large-scale web projects assigned to you across a number of browsers, to ensure the end product delivered to our clients promotes our level of high quality.
You will be expected to clearly raise bugs found during your testing with the developers and Project Manager.
Working closely with other members of the QA team to coordinate your work and improve the process of testing used across the company.
Proactively finding improved methods and making recommendations to the management team. This is an extremely fast paced environment, so you will need to be able to work efficiently independently while managing multiple priorities.

Skills and Competencies
A technical understanding of web languages (CSS, HTML, JavaScript, .net and Sitecore or Optimizely)
An understanding of Agile methodology
Proven experience in a number of different types of testing (Functional, Regression, Automated)
Good organisational and interpersonal skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail
Ability to work to tight deadlines
A team player
Ability to work on own initiative
Previous Experience and Skills
Experienced in working on large value portfolio and website projects
Experience of testing across multiple browsers and devices (Mobile, Desktop, Tablet)
Ability to document work and projects and report to the leadership and management team
Experience of using defect management tools (e.g. JIRA and Azure Dev Ops)
Experience working with offshore teams is advantageous
