Purpose of Role
You are going to be crucial for driving growth in Remarkable Group across all pillars of our agency - Media & Marketing, Experience, Commerce & Platforms and Data & CRM.
Your job will be to work with our Marketing team, nurturing marketing leads into sales opportunities. This might be your first sales role, or even your first job but we will be with you every step of the way to help become a remarkable business development executive.
As part of the job we will be helping you learn how we do business development so that you can achieve the following:
- Learn and try different omni-channel prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects
- Identifying the needs and challenges of the prospective customer and using these to build relevant communications
- Determine the prospect's interest in our services
- Develop credentials meetings for sales representatives and prospects
- Setting up chemistry meetings and presenting to potential clients as part of our sales team
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- To create and implement innovative lead-generation tactics and campaigns.
- To build and manage a strong and sustainable new business pipeline for net new wins.
- To identify opportunities and develop creative sales strategies for specific market sectors. To create, maintain and track deal registrations on Partner Network Portals Networking
- To take part in sales presentations, networking events and company meetings.
- Take part in exhibitions, partner events and trade shows to engage and follow up with delegates and support the marketing team in the delivery of the event
Person Profile
- You will be growth-driven and entrepreneurial so that you can exercise good judgement to identify and qualify leads for the sales team.
- You will be credible and innovative whilst retaining the drive and tenacity of a new business hunter.
- You will have a consultative nature but with a sales hunter attitude using vision and creativity to build a sustainable sales pipeline.
- You will have great organisational skills with a methodical yet creative approach to prospecting.

Skills / Experience
- Ideally, some experience of sales and working with clients/customers
- Passion and determination to achieve objectives
- Great interpersonal skills, able to build report and connections quickly
- You will be passionate about technology and always looking for innovation.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of managing a CRM system to support your efforts, preferably Hubspot
- Strong written and creative skills for producing interesting communications
