Purpose of Team
The Remarkable Business & Operations Support (R.BOS) Team exists to ensure the smooth running of the offices with focus on four key areas:
- Administration and Senior Support
- Estates and Office Management
- IT Support & Information Security
- Supplier Contracts
Purpose of Role
The Junior Administrator will support the Head of Agency Services to co-ordinate day to day activities which are wide ranging and may include the following;
- Meetings and room bookings
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Supporting internal events
- Ensuring office supplies are stocked and available
- Supporting with internal IT administration
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Travel/accommodation bookings
- Food & stationery orders for the offices
- Working with external IT resource and internal team to ensure laptop repairs are completed on a timely basis
- Supporting Marketing, Talent and Finance and Project Management teams with administrative support and back up as required
- Supporting the Head of Agency Services with ad hoc projects as required
