Purpose of Role

You’ll be joining our start-up Data & CRM specialist, Unify, to be the go to lead consultant, the guru, the person that everyone turns to to understand data, what it is and how to use it in delivering experiences that convert.

For our clients, you will be the senior partner that helps them unlock their data, developing strategies that allow them to join the dots, find the signal in the noise and the insights that will help them move their business forward.

For the team, you will be heavily relied upon - being brought into all client accounts to help the team find Data & Analytics opportunities, giving them insights and ideas to present to clients and taking the lead on all things Data & Analytics in pitches and new business opportunities.

Finally, with new business won, and projects for our existing clients kicking off you’ll be leading the recruitment and development of our team at Unify, finding data & analytics rock stars to assist you in building expertise and maturity in all that we do.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Accountable for developing and delivering data & analytics strategies, road maps and implementations for our clients

• Working with client services and new business to add Data & Analytics opportunities into all that we do in order to deliver growing sales income and revenue

• Delivering data & analytics projects profitably to agreed margin targets

• Build and maintain key relationships with Group, Clients, Suppliers and Partners

• Be a thought leader within the digital industry, speaking at external events and key partner conferences

• Ensure that Clients are happy, loyal and committed to the agency’s success, just as the agency is to its client success and happiness

• Define the product and service strategy and road map

• Work with your team and Group Talent to ensure that we are attracting the right talent, developing their skills and retaining them within the business

Personal Attributes

• Senior level experience in building, managing and growing a data & analytics practice

• Excellent communication skills with both internal and external teams, clients and stakeholders

• Visionary in terms of data engineering and the value it creates and not afraid to take center stage to evangelize about digital technologies and their use, value, application and advancement

• Well organized, highly structured, and able to effectively drive and manage accountability of the wider team

• Inclusive and inspirational people leadership, capable of setting a vision, bringing leaders with them and growing and developing a talented team

• A nuanced action-oriented style, with experience in actively driving growth

• Great team player, comfortable to sit at the top table to drive the business towards its vision and objectives

• Passionate about leaving the world in a better state than you found it

Experience

• Experience in data & analytics, with qualifications in Salesforce and/or Dynamics 365 to Architect level

• Must be familiar with frequently making data-driven decisions

• Deep understanding of developing and building new relationships with prospects, clients and team members

• Must have an excellent understanding of digital technologies, design patterns and solution architectures

• Ideally, experience within a digital consultancy practice in the area of digital engineering

Qualifications / Training

• Salesforce and/or Dynamics 365

• Azure data services certifications (or equivalent AWS/GCS)

• Must be fluent in English (spoken & written) and ability to effectively communicate to teams and clients globally across multicultural locations.
